How can we make a change in not only our lives but also in the lives of others?

This is a question that i constantly think about and strive each day to do!

One Act of Random Kindness is a good way to start

For example, today i baked a cake for Ali (a group member of On The Spot)

And that cake sure was good too Yvane! YUMM!!

I guess an act of "random kindness" can very often reach through to other people, even though you don't really expect it.

Hmmm...What do i mean?

Well, you baked a wonderfully SCRUMPTOUS birthday cake with the intention of putting a big SMILE on Ali's face (b 'day girl), but you also unknowingly put a BIGGER smile on not only the rest of the group's faces BUT ALSO ON THEIR STOMACHS!!! Lol...

T H U M B S U P ! ! ! ;)
